My high-school is planning to start a television studio that is planning to broadcast first on the Internet, then it will go on cable, or, who knows, even in digital satellite system. Anyway, we have to find very low cost or even free solutions for a real time video editor, a character generator and other software equipment. We are on an extremely tight budget (0 at most). Please help us!
