My LCD 19″ Monitor Flickers when i plug in TV Tuner Card.?

When i plug in TV Tuner card with TV Cable, my monitor starts flickering. I tried many ways to rectify this problem. I'm using Internal Frontech TV tuner and have 19" View Sonic Monitor. Please help me out..........

    It’s probably your refresh rate. Ensure that the card or your monitor are set to 60Hz (the speed of a flat panel monitor). If it is set to fast (or slow) it will flicker.

    The other culprit could be that your computer cannot keep up with the demands of video. Checking your Direct X to ensure it is up to date might also help.

    Well I also faced the same problem, but when I unplugged my cable connection flickering went away. so just unplug the cable connection and enjoy your PC flickering free, use it when watching TV…………. Hope it solves your problem
